Anchor windlass damage in Quebec

The "BBC Michigan" reported that one of its anchor windlasses was non-operational due to icing at the Riviere Maheux anchorage off Quebec in position 46 53.424 N, 070 57.083 W, on Feb 13, 2019, at 09.50 a.m. The vessel resumed its voyage to Sorel, Quebec for repairs, where it arrived on Feb 20 at 5.20 p.m. and sailed again on Feb 24 at 12.20 p.m., bound to Halifax, ETA Feb 27, 1 p.m.
