Premuda closes in on aframax sale
Following two failed selling attempts in the past months, Premuda of Italy seems to be very close to sign a contract to sell the aframax tankers, Minerva Atlantica and Minerva Antarctica. Both the vessels, currently operated on long time charter by Greek shipping company Minerva Maritime, are being sold to an investment fund for a price of $28m a piece, sources tell Splash with an official announcement likely via the Milan stock exchange in the coming days. The Genoa-based shipping company is currently involved in a restructuring plan and a standstill agreement with several Italian and international banks was reached this summer. http://splash247.com/premuda-closes-in-on-aframax-sale/
