The repairs of the "Wec van Ruysdael" after its collision with the "Paula" were completed on Sep 18. The ship departed from Bremerhaven in the midday hours bound for Rotterdam to resume its service UK-NWC Spain/Portugal-Canarian Islands. Also the "Paula" is back on track, the vessel moved from the Norder Yard Hamburg to the Buss Terminal at port of Hamburg in the evening of Sep 17.

The "Wec van Ruysdael" reached Bremerhaven on Sep 1 coming from Rotterdam and was drydocked at the MWB (Motorenwerke Bremerhaven) for repairs of the severe damage at the bulbous bow, which was torn up and pushed to port side due to the impact of the collision with the "Paula" on Aug 26. Also the bow spoiler is in need of repairs.

The "Wec Van Ruysdael" departed from the seaport Dordrecht in the afternoon of Aug 30 and moved to the Prinses Beatrix-Harbour at Rotterdam where it berthed at 6.30 p.m.
