Oil loss during transit of Kiel Canal

Enroute from Riga to Bilbao the "Amber Trader" suffered a slight oil loss during the transit of the Kiel Canal on Jan 22, 2017. While the ship was passing the locks in Kiel-Holtenau at 9.30 a.m., an oil film was remarked but could not be assigned to the ship immediately. After it continued the voyage at 11 a.m., the pilot remarked an oil film around the ship while it was at Schülp. The water police requested the payment of a safety fine of 3000 Euro- The "Amber Trader" completed the canal transit at 6.40 p.m. and was allowed to leave toward the Elbe short past midnight with an ETA at Bilbao as of Jan 27.

The "Lara" encountered engine truble in front of Canakkale on June 12, 2010, at 5.50 p.m. while coming from Ceuta . The vessel anchored in Karanlik Bay for repairs at 6.50 p.m.
