Robbers stole oil
The master of the "Mount Apo", during his routine morning rounds on board, noticed a diesel oil tank manhole opened and traces of oil leading towards the ship's side, in position 38 49 12N, 118 14 30E, at the Xingang Anchorage, on Oct 3, 2018, at 11.30 p.m. Investigations indicated that robbers had boarded the vessel, stole oil from the tank and escaped.
