Fire on former lifeboat
On Apr 5, 2013, at 11.05 a.m. a fire broke out in the engine room of the "Odd Fellow II" at Hammarvika. The "Mina" of Biotråls took the vessel alongside and took it 200 metres to shore, where the fire was extinguished by the fire rescue from Frøya. A patrol boat from the Frøya Police Station was also sent to the site.The lifeboat "Sundt Flyer» pulled the former lifeboat to Nesset.
