85 kilo heroine found aboard container ship
When the "MSC Meline" was docked at Santos on Feb 14, 2018, at dawn a diver fled, leaving behind him a floating waterproof bag with 28 kilos of cocaine inside. The bag was covered by fluorescence substance. The police thereupon surveyed the ship’s hull and the interior during daytime and found two more bags locked in a steel box, containing another 57 kilos of cocaine. It was unknown if the bags found on board were placed there by the same drug traffickers in Santos or by other criminals even in another port.The shp left Santos on Feb 15, next bound for Rio De Janeiro, as the ship and the crew were clear of any suspicions of collusion with traffickers.
