Sanctioned Russian Ghost Fleet tanker set sail after idling 67 days off France

Since April 26, the 'Maisha' with 29 Filipino crew members on board has been idling off the French coast between Saint-Nazaire and Noirmoutier., being subject to sanctions after being Placed on the "Russian Ghost Fleet" blacklist, that prohibited it from docking at a European Union port.
