The "Isis" which had been detained in the port of Rostock since Nov 11, 2008, was to be towed to Rotterdam by the tug "Argu" of a Polonian Fairplay subsidiary and a second tug which was ready to assist on May 11, 2010. But due to rudder problems and trouble with a shackle the departure had to be postponed. The "Isis" had been blocked by its crew which had not been paid after it had entered the port to unloaad frozen fish from Canada. The ITF thus obtained an arrest of the ship at the Rostock court. The ship which was managed by the Nordic Shipping Group was finally abandoned by its crew, only two guards remained on board. Mid of March, 2009, the owners paid 35000 Dollars, but the ship remained in port as the owners even more accounts payable. Now the ship is to be repaired in Rotterdam.
