Broken down ferry towed to Grutness
On Aug 5, 2014, the Lerwick Lifeboat was alerted to pull the "Good Shephard" into the port of Grutness. The inter Island ferry that travels back and forth from Sumburgh to Fair Isle Good Shephard had to be towed to the Grutness pier after drifting off Sumburgh Head, having broken down shortly before 10 a.m. with 11 passengers and four crew onboard.
