The "Cemluna" was refloated in the night of MAr 18 begin assisted by the Danish tugs „Svitzer Njal“ (IMO: 9533036 ) and „Bestla“ (IMO: 8027779). The vessel was moored in the New Port of Abenraa on Mar 18 at 2.20 a.m. It was carrying a cargo of 3,000 tons of cement. A navigational error was found to have caused the accident. The ship's crew was looking for a buoy, but did not find it, and was confused. The ship then ran aground with a speed of six knots. The ship's captain has been tested for alcohol, but was quite sober. He had to pay a fine 10,000 Danish Crowns for taking too long to report the grounding.
