Crew tried to salvage values

Fri Jul 09 21:43:02 CEST 2021 Timsen

Crew members of the half-submerged cargo vessel 'Palawan Pearl' on July 9 tried to salvage whatever things of value on the ship lying some 100 meters off Baseco Beach in Manila Bay. The Philippine Coast Guard has not monitored any oil spill from the wreck so far. In case the diesek spills, it will dissipate because of either the sun's heat or the strong waves.
