Ukraine's Feodosia oil terminal suspends operations

Ukraine's oil and petroleum product terminal in Feodosia in the breakaway region of Crimea suspended operations after armed pro-Russian militia moved to seize the company, a Ukrainian industry source said. The move comes as the Crimean Parliament has voted to declare all oil- and gas-producing and handling assets in the region as belonging to the government of the breakaway republic. Multiple attempts to reach terminal officials by phone were unsuccessful Monday. The militia, at an order of Crimean Prime Minister Sergei Aksionov, seized the oil terminal to reshuffle management, which led to the shutdown of its operation, the source said.
