Two dead after tanker fire

The 'Shengg You 229', loaded with 6858 tons of diesel oil, caught fire in the cargo tanks area at the Qinzhou anchorage in the Gulf of Tonkin, on Aug 22, 2023, at around 2.30 p.m. Beijing time.
