Two saved from burning barge
On May 25, 2016, the "Josva" caught fire off Kristiansand. The wheelhouse and the engine of the work boat were gutted in the fire in the foremidday, which broke out when the ship was between Herøya and Stokken with a crew of two onboard. They remarked the fire when the engine conked out and smoke emerged. Both were taken off by a nearby sailing yacht and were medically checked ashore in a waiting ambulance. The fire rescue was transferred aboard by the ferry "Odd" which is usually running between Kongshavn and Randøya. Also lifeboat "Bengt R. Rasmussen" attended.
