No injuries or pollution have been reported. The intervention, coordinated by the Coast Guard's National Maritime Rescue Coordination Center, saw the immediate intervention of air and naval resources and the collaboration of specialized vehicles to deal with the emergency. The 'CP 878', from the Termoli Coast Guard, arrived on site, with Fire Brigade personnel on board to support the fire-fighting operations, and the patrol boat ' CP 538' from the Vasto Coast Guard.
