On Apil 18, 2025, the "Suez Canal" was etained in Shanghai, China with four deficiencies, tow of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention: 1) Propulsion and auxiliary machinery - UMS - Ship Not as required 2) Fire safety - Fire pumps and its pipes' Inoperative The vessel was released again on April 20 and left the port en route to Ningbo. The last detentions were only on Feb 21 in Qingdao, with 12 deficiencies for three days and on Aug 19, 2024, in Ningbo with 14 deficiencies for two days. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063576908591
